I am an entrepreneur and business man. Prior to my recently coming to Nelson I owned a very successful Queenstown business. As a buyer, seller and business director I have worked with numerous real estate agents, including household names Mr Mike Pero and Mr Michael Bulgaris. In Nelson I would know ten or twelve agents, though have only bought and sold one property here. Choosing Wendy was firstly through seeing some genuine recommendations for her from previous clients of hers on a Facebook post responding to someone asking for recommendations in Nelson. It was apparent that many other recommendations were simply rubbish, but one can tell when something is genuine.
The trust, dependability and confidence that Wendy inspires is well above any other real estate agent in Nelson that I have met. Far and away well above. Every single step of the way, Wendy had the process secure in her hands and it was a faultless achievement. With settlement day brought forward by two days to Covid 19 Lockdown Day, the communication from Wendy was spectacular, like a military exercise, in those final hours. To keep ones head in a calm, efficient way under extreme pressure and time constraints was magnificent. Of all the agents in Nelson that I have met, only Wendy could have pulled this off. I am absolutely sure of this. Of the many, many different business owners in Nelson I have had dealings with, most of those have proven utterly unreliable and communication inadequate. Even this email from you is received five weeks after the event, just saying, so...although I appreciate the quick follow ups by phone calls already received prior. Just pointing out that in business, (especially in Nelson) communication of the caliber of Wendy is non existent. It was a rare and unforgettable privilege to have worked with Wendy Pearson at this time. It is with great sadness that our days of buying, and selling have come to an end ONLY because we will lose that contact with Wendy.
